Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the BASCoin (BAS) project handles information when you use the BASCoin website and the connected Danny Web3 ecosystem (Danny Wallet, DanDex, DannyChart, DannyScan and BAS Mining). BASCoin is a decentralized, non-custodial project — we collect as little personal data as possible.
01 Information We Collect
Because the Services are non-custodial, we do not require an account, name, or password to use them. The limited information involved includes:
- Public wallet addresses you connect or transact with;
- Information you choose to send us (for example, an email when you contact support);
- Basic, anonymized technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate region.
We never ask for, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
02 Public Blockchain Data
All BAS transactions occur on DannyChain, a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, balances, and transfer history are publicly visible by design and can be viewed by anyone on DannyScan. This on-chain data is not controlled by us and cannot be edited or deleted.
03 How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website and Services;
- To display live token data such as price, supply, and holders;
- To respond to support enquiries you send us;
- To protect the ecosystem against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
05 Third-Party Services
When you use connected platforms such as DanDex, Danny Wallet, or public data providers (e.g. blockchain RPC and chart APIs), those services process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
07 Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your own wallet, keys, and devices.
08 Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the limited personal data we hold about you (such as a support email). To make a request, contact us using the details below. Note that public blockchain records cannot be altered or removed.
09 Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
