01 Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a wallet, visiting this website, or interacting with the BAS token contract (0x01C2596A7bf1d647123bd707C0b294188739CB8D) on DannyChain, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

02 Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and are not barred from using blockchain or digital-asset services under the laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of BAS is lawful where you live.

03 Nature of BASCoin

BASCoin (BAS) is a decentralized utility token used across the Danny ecosystem for trading, payments, staking/mining rewards, and on-chain services. Key parameters:

• Standard: ERC-20 on DannyChain (EVM-compatible)
• Maximum total supply: 9,999,999 BAS · 18 decimals

BAS is not a share, security, deposit, or any form of equity or debt instrument. Holding BAS does not grant ownership, dividends, or any guaranteed right to profit.

Nothing on this website or within the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of the value of your holdings.

• Token prices can change rapidly and unpredictably.
• On-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• You are responsible for your own research and decisions ("DYOR").

05 Wallets & Self-Custody

The Services are non-custodial. You alone control your private keys, seed phrase, and funds. We never hold, request, or have access to your private keys. Loss of your keys or seed phrase means permanent loss of access to your assets, and we cannot recover them for you.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Break any applicable law, sanction, or regulation;
• Launder money or finance illicit activity;
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive conduct;
• Attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the ecosystem.

07 Third-Party Services

The Services link to independent third-party products such as DanDex, Danny Wallet, DannyChart and DannyScan. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or any losses arising from them.

08 Intellectual Property

The BASCoin name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of the BASCoin project and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except where expressly allowed (for example, open token metadata used to identify the asset).

09 Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that token values will be maintained.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the BASCoin project and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services or the BAS token.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
